Description

Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the purchase of solids dewatering and thickening polymer on an annual contract for the Department of Water Resources. The contract involves supplying polymer for dewatering waste activated sludge at the Crooked Creek Water Reclamation Facility via belt presses, thickening combined primary and waste activated sludge at the F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center via rotary drum thickeners, and dewatering anaerobically digested sludge at the FWHWRC via centrifugation. Suppliers must complete bench and full-scale testing by July 22, 2026, with bids due by July 30, 2026. The bid opening will be virtual, and pre-approved products include Polydyne, Inc.
