The Defense Health Agency (DHA), through the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) Nephrology unit, is soliciting quotes for carbon tank exchange and water testing services. - Government Buyer: - Defense Health Agency (DHA), HCD Southeast, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth - Products and Services Requested: - 12 units of 8x35 carbon tanks for quarterly exchange - 60 units of AAMI water quality testing - 120 units of LAL endotoxin testing - Carbon tank exchange service every 3 months on main and portable RO systems - Water testing services (AAMI and LAL) every 3 months - OEM and Vendor Requirements: - Contractor must be an OEM authorized dealer to maintain warranty and service - Vendors must provide product descriptions or part numbers and invoices from at least two institutions - Notable Requirements: - Brand name or equal solicitation based on salient characteristics - Only complete offers covering all requirements will be considered - All services and products must meet AAMI and LAL standards for water quality and endotoxin testing

All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation, along with an up-to-date SAMs registration. All interested vendors who submit a bid to the contact listed in this posting for your bid to be considered.  It is not the responsibility of the Contract Specialist to follow up with what the vendor is missing upon submission. All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices of at least 2 are required from either private or public institutions of these products. Refer to the Description/ Specifications/ Statement of work page for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. Only offers for ALL requirements will be considered.

 All responses must be received by July 28th at 10:00 AM eastern standard time.
