The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) is seeking proposals for an online instructional software platform to support English Learners (ELs) from Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 6. The platform must provide comprehensive support for Integrated and Designated English Language Development (ELD), supplement classroom instruction aligned to the California English Language Development (CA ELD) Framework, and prepare students for success on the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC). Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 5, 2026, at 1:00 pm. The district encourages responses from local, minority, and disabled veterans businesses and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
