Events DC is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Closed Captioning Services. This solicitation is designated for District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) certified local, small, or disadvantaged business enterprises only. The contract will be a single, fully-loaded, fixed hourly labor rates contract with a base term from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and four one-year renewal options. The scope includes providing captioned services for the hearing impaired and communication access realtime translation as per ADA requirements.
