Description

The City of Casa Grande, Arizona, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and complete construction services for the Casa Grande Aquatics Complex. The project includes the construction of a heated, recreational, competitive swimming pool and may include additional amenities such as water slides, ramada spaces, picnic patio, family pool with zero-depth entry, lazy river, and spray playground. The CMAR will work with the design team during pre-construction to develop final plans, provide value engineering suggestions, develop a guaranteed maximum price, and manage construction through to completion. Responses must be submitted by August 11, 2026, to the City Clerk at City Hall.
