This opportunity seeks vendors to provide a comprehensive audio/visual (A/V) system upgrade for the 366th Fighter Wing at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 366th Fighter Wing, 366 CONS LGCP office at Mountain Home AFB - Scope of Work: - Replacement and installation of A/V equipment at the Silver Sage Golf and Event Center - Products include: - 1 motorized ceiling-mountable 155" screen - 4 motorized ceiling-mountable 120" screens - 5 laser projectors (minimum 7000 lumens, 1080P) - HDMI/USB-C A/V encoders/transmitters and decoders - In-ceiling speakers (6.5", 60W, 8 ohms or equivalent per room) - Audio controllers/switches, channel amplifiers, subwoofers, DSP with AEC - Digital wireless handheld microphones (6), wireless bodypack transmitters (2) - Rack-mounted networked multichannel receivers, charging stations - Wall-mounted touch panels (min. 7", PoE, Bluetooth, HDMI) - Network-based AV control processor, managed PoE network switches - Rack hardware, shielded cabling, and mounting hardware - Services include: - Complete installation (including removal/disposal of legacy equipment) - Onsite training for event center personnel - Technical support post-installation - Requirements: - Only new equipment will be accepted; no refurbished or used items - Vendors must provide descriptive literature for evaluation - All technical specifications must be met as detailed in the specification sheet - Delivery required within 30 days of contract award - Minimum 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; open to all qualified manufacturers - Notable Details: - Funds are not currently available; no award will be made until funding is secured - Set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS 334310

Description

The 366 Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires the replacement of projectors and screens, the ceiling speakers, and additional microphones, to include installation and onsite training of event center personnel on all equipment IAW the specification sheet. No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date.
