Description
The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is soliciting bids for a single prime general construction contract for the New York City College of Technology Namm Hall Perimeter Heating & Asbestos Abatement Project. The scope includes replacement of all existing hot water pumps, perimeter heating hot water piping, insulation, valving, heating units, installation of new VAV boxes and BMS with controllers, valves, and thermostats, and asbestos abatement at specified spaces.
