This solicitation is for the demolition of the former Morgan County Jail and site restoration. The project includes demolition of the existing jail structure and associated improvements, removal and lawful disposal of demolition debris and regulated materials, protection of adjacent property and utilities, utility coordination, grading, erosion control, site stabilization, and restoration of disturbed areas. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid site meeting is required for bid responsiveness. Environmental considerations and construction sequencing will be discussed during the pre-bid meeting.
