The Illinois Army National Guard (ILARNG) is seeking a consultant to prepare an update of the Marseilles Training Area (MTA) Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP). The MTA is located in Lasalle County, Illinois and comprises 2,250 acres. The last update to the plan was completed in July 2016. The consultant will work closely with ILARNG personnel to ensure the updated INRMP meets all state and federal laws and is acceptable to the ILARNG. The scope includes providing professional and technical personnel, labor, facilities, equipment, materials, transportation, and supplies needed to complete the work.
