The vendor must be located within a two-hour drive of Ottawa, Illinois, or have a delivery site at 1203 N 30th Road, Ottawa, IL 61350. The contract is open to all vendors in BidBuy. The vendor must be responsible and bid on all line items for award and have the ability to load trucks or trailers safely or deliver to the specified location.
