This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0059 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is other than full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. The Business Size Standard is $47 million.This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price award. The applicable NAICS Code is 562211 with a Business Size Standard of $47,000,000. This solicitation is Unrestricted and a Sole Source requirement. Department of Labor Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-4313 revision 33 applies.

The purpose of this requirement is to attain a partnership and membership utlizing a leading-edge software to maintain awareness and continual information sharing of supply chain operations and excellence through membership and participation in collaborative discussions, training, and research.

This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.

The estimated start date for any contract resulting from this solicitation is September 30, 2026.

Award will be made to Sole Source Contractor PowerDMS, Inc.

The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
