** THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT ** for 1 (one) dedicated round-trip main-deck air cargo charter service (2 flight legs: outbound and return), Boeing 767-300 BDSF or equivalent, transporting NASA SABRE airborne science campaign cargo between George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Houston, TX, and Tocumen International Airport (PTY), Panama City, Panama. Cargo: up to eleven (11) ISU-90 containers on 463L pallet bases, maximum payload 45,000 kg, including dangerous goods (compressed gases). Outbound on or about 21 August 2026; return approximately six weeks later. Charter is all-inclusive (aircraft, crew, fuel, insurance, permits, fees, pallet build/break, load/offload). Firm fixed price.
