Description

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services at the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH) and the JC Wilt Infectious Diseases Research Centre (JCWIDRC) in Winnipeg. Services include lawn care, flower bed and planter maintenance, tree and shrub upkeep, sweeping of entrances, parking lots, and access areas, as well as emergency repairs, parking line painting, landscaping restoration, and lawn repairs. The contractor will maintain approximately 43,500 m² at CSCHAH and 11,364 m² at JCWIDRC. The contract duration is 24 months starting approximately April 1, 2027, with a possibility of extension for an additional three years.
