Carrier Sekani Family Services is seeking proposals from qualified modular design-build teams to construct a new 42-space childcare centre located at 3590 Dufferin Avenue, Prince George, B.C. The facility will serve 29 children aged three to five and 13 infants and toddlers. The selected design-builder will be responsible for the modular building, foundations, site and off-site construction, utility connections, delivery, installation, commissioning, and closeout, with some services reserved by the owner. Proposals must include details on design approach, floor plan, materials, project team, methodology, schedule, pricing, relevant experience, and Indigenous participation.
