Russell Independent Schools seeks to lease lit network capacity to provide an eligible Standalone Data Transmission (WAN) Service between its eligible site and its network head-end at Russell High School, starting July 1, 2027. The service will connect the Russell Independent Schools Board of Education site to the head-end with pricing options for at least 10 Gbps connections and the ability to change service levels during the contract. The contract is for 3 years with up to two optional one-year extensions, requiring Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP), GSA pricing, and governmental discounts. Equipment from companies deemed a national security risk is prohibited. Funding is contingent upon E-Rate approval and a Notice to Proceed, with bids due by August 31, 2026.
