If drawings are associated with the solicitation, access must be requested on the individual solicitation page under Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov. After requesting access, send an email to the listed POC. 5. Any contract awarded will be DoD certified for national defense under DPAS. Provision 52.211-14 shall be inserted in solicitations when the contract will be a rated order.
