The proposed delivery schedule applies: Submission of certification data CDRLS 20 days prior to delivery; PNSY review/acceptance of certification CDRLS 18 working days after receipt; Final delivery of material (210 days). 4. If drawings are associated with the solicitation, access must be requested on the individual solicitation page under Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov. After requesting access, send an email to the listed POC. 5. Any contract awarded will be DoD certified for national defense under DPAS. Provision 52.211-14 shall be inserted in solicitations when the contract will be a rated order.
