This opportunity is for hospitality and event services to support a Junior Airmen Resiliency Retreat for the U.S. Air Force at Travis Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 60th Air Mobility Wing (60 AMW), Chaplain Corps (60 AMW/HC) and 60th Contracting Squadron (60 CONS) - Scope of Services: - Resort-style hotel lodging for up to 22 individuals for 3 days and 2 nights - Room configuration: either 22 single rooms or 10 double rooms plus 3 single rooms for staff - Lodging must be AAA Three or Four-Diamond Rated (or equivalent) - Location: Yosemite or Lake Tahoe area, within 150 miles of Travis AFB - On-site catering for all meals (dinners and breakfasts) - Meals must accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher, food sensitivities) - Dinners: minimum two main entrees, starters, accompaniments, dessert, beverages - Breakfasts: minimum two egg or meat main courses, pastries, fruit, beverages - Buffet service permitted - Conference room rental for 22 people (room for up to 25) - Must be adjacent to lodging - Includes tables, chairs, and space for group activities - Audio/Visual equipment - TV projection screen, projector, podium, and speakers suitable for room size - Notable Requirements: - All services must be provided at a single location - Facility must be within specified geographic area and meet quality standards - Small business set-aside - No specific OEMs or named vendors are referenced in the solicitation or attachments.

The 60 AMW/HC has a requirement to accommodate a Junior Airmen retreat, 18 -20 September 2026. The contractor shall provide hotel and conference space accommodation for up to 22 individuals for 3 days/2 nights. On-site catering and conference space shall be provided.

RFQ Response Deadline: 05 August 2026 12:00 PM PDT. Revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted unless requested by the CO.
