The United States Air Force, 60th Operations Support Squadron (60 OSS/OSL) at Travis Air Force Base is seeking a contractor for industrial vacuum pump system maintenance and emergency repair services. - Government Buyer: - United States Air Force - 60th Operations Support Squadron (60 OSS/OSL), Aircrew Flight Equipment Section - Products/Services Requested: - Quarterly preventative maintenance for industrial vacuum pump systems - Includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of components with new OEM parts only - All technicians must hold OEM certifications - All work must comply with California safety and labor standards - Installed parts must carry a 12-month warranty - Detailed service reports required after each visit - Emergency maintenance services with on-site response within 48 hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only new OEM parts may be used for replacements - Technicians must be OEM-certified - Strict compliance with state and federal safety regulations - Emphasis on domestic manufacturing and small business participation - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

This is a Sources Sought Notice.  This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of small business sources, and domestically manufactured products to meet the requirement described herein. This notice does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.  Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to for a binding contract.  The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing a response.
