The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking information from vendors for chemical dosing systems and related cleaning supplies for the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System (VAHCS): - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, Oklahoma VAHCS SPS/Nursing Service - OEMs and Vendors: - Steris (referenced as an example OEM for the Acu-sInQ chemistry dosing system) - All brands meeting required standards will be considered - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) chemical dosing systems for 7000HP Washer - Must meet standards: CAN/CSA - C22.2 No. 61010.1 2nd Edition, UL Standard 61010-1, CE Mark, RoHS - Required features: USB data output, flow-metered dosing technology, water temperature monitoring, programmable parameters - One (1) lubricant, one (1) neutral detergent, and one (1) enzymatic cleaner, each specific to the brand, make, and model of the dosing system provided - Demonstration training upon installation (no ongoing training required) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Cleaning supplies must be compatible with the specific dosing system brand/model - No specific part numbers provided; open to all compliant brands - Delivery and installation at Oklahoma City VAHCS - Only demonstration training required upon installation

The Oklahoma VAHCS SPS/Nursing service requires 2 Chemical dosing systems for 7000HP Washer and The sterilizers requirements are provided below: STANDARDS Chemistry Dosing System meets the applicable requirements for the following: CAN/CSA - C22.2 No. 61010.1 2nd Edition) UL Standard 61010-1 (2nd Edition) CE Mark RoHS (2011/65/EU) Restriction of Hazardous Substances FEATURES USB Data Output: Process data including Date, Time, Water Temperature, Volume of Chemistry, and Out-of-Spec Events can be transferred via USB memory (included) to department computer or workstation. Flow Metered Dosing Technology: Unit monitors fluid flow to accurately deliver the programmed amount of cleaning chemistry. Selections include: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or 1 oz. per gallon (1, 2, 4 or 8 mL per Liter). Water Temperature Monitoring: Screen blinks intermittently when water temperature is out of range (90- 120°F [32-49°C]) and holds steady when wash solution is within range. Programmable: User-settable parameters include Full or Half Sink, Language, Standard US or Metric Units and Chemistry Concentration ( Dosing Level ). Quote should also include 1 each of the following: Lubricant specific to the brand, make and model Neutral detergent specific to the brand, make and model Enzymatic cleaner specific to the brand, make and model

The only training necessary is a demonstration when installed.

An example of this requirement is the Steris Acu-sInQ chemistry dosing system. This make and model is for informational purposes only. All brands meeting the above criteria will be considered when a request for quote is issued. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made.
