The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is, has a requirement for a contractor to provide personal protective equipment in the form of laboratory coats and bi-weekly laundering services, as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
