The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking quotes for the supply of grating stair treads and gratings for delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division, Contracting Division (DLA-PME) - Point of contact: Emilie Madden - OEM Highlight: - Cooper B-Line Grating is specified as the manufacturer for both stair treads and gratings - Products Requested: - 200 units of stair treads (2" D x 11-3/4" W x 48" L, standard carrier plates, 12 gauge, pre-galvanized, 5 diamond plank) - 100 units of gratings (3" D x 24" W x 144" L, 12 gauge, pre-galvanized, 10 diamond plank) - Reference numbers: RN T-52012 for stair treads; RN 103012, Fisher & Ludlow PN D-101230-G or D101230-G90 for gratings - Notable Requirements: - All items must be delivered FOB destination to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard - Safety items must be palletized - Firm fixed price contract - Inspection and acceptance at destination - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 required unless items are COTS - Bidders must provide manufacturer information, lead time, and delivery date - SBA set-aside

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
