Page 1 of Page 1 of Page 1 of Page 1 of This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and supplemented with additional information. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to request quotes. Written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. The Veterans Administration, Eugene Healthcare (HCC), 3355 Chad Drive, Eugene, Oregon requires a full-service contract to provide preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance for five Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers and two Stryker Neptune 2 Docking Stations. The period of performance for this requirement is 1 year with four one-year options. The anticipated start date of 8/1/2026. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. Equipment Purpose: The Stryker Neptune 3 Rover units are used to suction fluids from patients' bodies during patient care procedures, in the Operating or Endoscopy procedure rooms. Fluids are stored in canisters which are later disposed of via hazardous waste disposal processes. The Neptune 3 units are docked to the docking station which sanitizes the Rover 3 units via a chemical flush. The contractor shall not replace any part which should incur additional expenses to the government without first obtaining prior approval and a PO from the VA Contracting Officer.
