Description

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Laboratory for preventive maintenance services and as-needed parts and repair services for Sensititre antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST) systems. These systems are used to test and provide minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of specific antibiotics for specific organisms to guide treatment or epidemiological purposes. The contract will cover annual preventive maintenance and replacement parts as needed for Sensititre Systems and ARIS HiQ Systems. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required documentation by August 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM Central Time.
