The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), through its Division of Information Technology (DIT), is seeking proposals for VBrick video platform subscriptions and technical event services. - Government Buyer: - Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) - Division of Information Technology (DIT) - Office: DOA/ASB - Contracting Officer: Christina Brooks - OEM Highlight: - VBrick is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for all requested products and services - Products and Quantities: - Rev Private - Named User Subscription (VBrick) - Part Number: 7500-0263-000 - Quantity: 6,000 users per year - Duration: 3 years (total 18,000 user-years) - Features: Video platform for live/on-demand video, private cloud/on-premises, user/admin portal, reporting, annual support - Technical Event Services Premium Subscription (VBrick) - Part Number: PS-EVNT-PR - Quantity: 1 event per year (minimum), 3 years - Features: Pre-event testing, day-of support, post-event reporting, remote only, travel & expenses not included - Notable Requirements: - All subscriptions are annual and must be renewed or added on (no new platform purchase) - Compliance with FDIC security and supply chain risk management policies is required - Unused event services expire at the end of each subscription year - Vendors must submit manufacturer software license, maintenance, and support agreements - Period of Performance: - Base year plus two one-year option periods (up to 3 years total) - Annual subscription structure

Period of Performance: 10/15/2026 - 10/14/2027 (base) 10/15/2027-10/14/2028 (option period 1) 10/15/2028 -10/14/2029

Rev Private - Named User Subscription (Renewal or Add-On Only) - Video platform for managing and accessing Live and On-Demand video for Private Cloud and On Prem. Includes user and admin portal and reporting. Priced per user per year. Includes support. 

TECHNICAL EVENT SERVICES PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION - Ann. subscription includes pre-event testing, day-of support and post event reporting. Pricing is per event (min.1). Unused events expire each subscription year end. Remote only. T & E not included.

Pricing Schedule, Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs of the solicitation, including a time of delivery or delivery schedule as well as a technical point of contact. (Please complete and return the attached version)                                                                                                   Software License, Maintenance, Support Agreements for Government Customers.

(1) Submit manufacturer's software license agreement for item(s) classified as SOFTWARE/GOODS and SUBCRIPTION/GOODS.

(2) Submit manufacturer's maintenance agreement for item(s) classified as HARDWARE/MAINTENANCE or SOFTWARE/MAINTENANCE.

(3) Submit manufacturer's support agreement for item(s) classified as SERVICES/SUPPORT.

The proposal due date under this RFQ is August 14, 2026 by 6:00 p.m., local time of the FDIC office issuing this solicitation.
