Description

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits bids for the replacement of two roll up doors at the Santa Rosa Armory and one roll up door at the Petaluma Armory. The contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to complete the work in accordance with the scope of work and IFB terms. Bidders must possess a type D-28 license for Doors, Gates and Activating Devices. An optional pre-bid job walk is available, and all questions must be submitted by August 4, 2026. The bid opening is scheduled for August 18, 2026.
