Johnson VA Medical Center - Scope of Work: - Radio advertising: 60 radio spots per week across 6 specified radio stations in the Charleston, SC area - Digital advertising: Geo-fencing campaigns targeting approximately 83,000 impressions monthly - High-definition production quality required for all content - Mobile device ad delivery (ad pushing) - Dedicated account representative and technical support required - Digital copies of all content must be provided for review and final use - Contract Structure: - 3-month testing period, followed by a 12-month base period and four 12-month option years - Product/Service Line Items: - Radio advertising (12 line items per period, part numbers 0001, 0002, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) - Radio and digital advertising services as described above - Notable Requirements: - Set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - No specific OEMs or named vendors; open to all qualified SDVOSBs - Services must include both radio and digital advertising with specified reach and technical features

No calls will be accepted. All questions/submissions should be submitted by email only. All questions need to be submitted NLT 28 July 2026 at 1000EST. All questions/answers will be uploaded on SAM.gov and updated every morning by 0900 and afternoon by 1500.
