This opportunity is for a certified Salesforce Partner to deliver a secure, digital platform for the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS): - Government Buyer: - New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) - Contracts and Procurement Bureau - OEM Highlight: - Salesforce is the required technology platform; only Certified Salesforce Partners are eligible - Vendors must be: - Certified as a Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) - Experienced with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Flow/approval processes, and CRM Analytics or Reports/Dashboards - Able to provide PSS and OmniStudio certified resources - Have at least 3 years of Salesforce PSS experience and prior work with NYC/NYS public sector agencies - Products/Services Requested: - Design, configuration, implementation, and support of the State Aid Subrecipient Monitoring Application (SASMA) - SASMA is a Salesforce-based platform for subrecipient expense submission, tracking, approval workflows, secure NY.gov ID authentication, automated notifications, risk-based monitoring, and reporting - Deliverables include technical design, phased build, configuration, QA, training, and handoff - Notable Requirements: - Platform must support secure SSO via NY.gov ID - Multi-level review and approval workflows - Risk-based monitoring and comprehensive reporting - Preference for vendors with grants management and subrecipient monitoring experience - Estimated contract value is under $150,000 for a 12-month term

Description

The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is seeking a vendor to design, configure, implement, and support the State Aid Subrecipient Monitoring Application (SASMA), a secure Salesforce-based digital platform. This platform will enable subrecipient organizations to submit, track, and reconcile State Aid expenses and allow OASAS staff to review and approve submissions in an auditable workflow. The procurement is limited to businesses certified as MWBE or SDVOB and certified Salesforce partners. The anticipated contract term is 12 months with a maximum value under $150,000.
