Description
The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is seeking a vendor to design, configure, implement, and support the State Aid Subrecipient Monitoring Application (SASMA), a secure Salesforce-based digital platform. This platform will enable subrecipient organizations to submit, track, and reconcile State Aid expenses and allow OASAS staff to review and approve submissions in an auditable workflow. The procurement is limited to businesses certified as MWBE or SDVOB and certified Salesforce partners. The anticipated contract term is 12 months with a maximum value under $150,000.
