The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, under the Department of the Navy (NAVSEA), is seeking to procure high voltage multi-functional electronic loads for laboratory or test use. - Government Buyer: - Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, Department of the Navy, NAVSEA - OEMs and Vendors: - Kikusui (OEM specified; brand name or equal) - Products/Services Requested: - Four (4) high voltage multi-functional electronic loads - Brand name: Kikusui PLZ2005WH2 or equivalent - Power rating: 2,000 Watts per unit - Current rating: 40-60 Amperes - Operating modes: Constant Current, Constant Resistance, Constant Power - Must be active models with OEM support and repairability - Includes IUID labeling and shipping - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Brand name or equal procurement (Kikusui PLZ2005WH2 or equivalent) - Delivery required within 10 weeks after contract award (earlier delivery accepted) - Units must be new, active models with OEM support and repairability - IUID labeling and shipping costs must be included - Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM)

ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for four (4) Kikusui Electronic Loads, Brand Name or Equal to IAW Salient Characteristics.

The Delivery required is FOB Destination.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016426Q0232 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
