Description
The City of Laredo is soliciting proposals for a U.S. Marketing Agency of Record for the Laredo Convention and Visitors Bureau (LCVB). The solicitation encourages local vendor participation with a 5% preference for local vendors as per the local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. Proposals must be submitted electronically or by hand delivery by August 24, 2026, and mailed, telegraphic, email, or facsimile bids will not be considered.
