Description

This solicitation is for a comprehensive review of the Municipality of Jasper's solid waste management system. The consultant will characterize existing conditions, evaluate two to three modernization options using a 20-year lifecycle cost analysis, and compare municipal and contracted service delivery models. The review will result in a recommended strategy and a high-level implementation roadmap to be presented to the Council before the October 2027 EPR implementation deadline. Proponents must demonstrate experience with municipal solid waste, recycling, and organics studies, knowledge of Alberta's EPR program, and lifecycle cost analysis for municipal infrastructure.
