Description

The City of Seattle is soliciting bids to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide asphalt and concrete cutting and drilling services for City departments. The work includes core drilling, wall sawing, slab sawing of asphalt and concrete, curb and gutter cutting, and related surface cutting activities to support utility work, maintenance, and repairs. Services may be performed in interior or exterior locations, within public right-of-way or City-owned property, during standard business hours with limited after-hours or emergency response. The contract aims to ensure safety, compliance with City standards, environmental responsibility, and high-quality work. Bids are due by August 31, 2026, and must include detailed pricing, certifications, and compliance documents.
