Description

The U.S. Embassy Djibouti's Public Diplomacy Section is seeking organizations to implement English Language Teaching Services programs aimed at improving English proficiency, workforce readiness, and professional communication skills among Djiboutian participants. The programs should support youth, educators, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and emerging professionals by enhancing practical English communication skills and promoting employability, entrepreneurship, leadership, and understanding of American society and professional practices. The initiative aims to strengthen U.S.-Djibouti ties and expand access to quality English instruction across the country. Eligible applicants include registered not-for-profit organizations, civil society organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, governmental institutions, and public international organizations based in Djibouti or the United States. For-profit entities are not eligible.
