Description

The City of Austin is seeking flexible base, surface rock, and 3x5-inch rock. The contractor shall provide the materials and services requested by the City and satisfy the environmental and working conditions of the applicable projects. Rock materials used must comply with all City, state, and federal laws. This contract will be used by Austin Energy, Austin Transportation and Public Works, and Austin Watershed Protection, with usage varying as the City's needs change. The City prefers to award a single contract but reserves the right to reject all bids or make multiple awards based on the most advantageous criteria.
