Description

The University of New Mexico is soliciting Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for Phase 1 of the University Stadium Improvements project. The project includes widening concourses, restroom and concession improvements, new entry plaza development, and ADA and life safety upgrades. The CMAR will be responsible for phased construction to avoid disruption to stadium operations, coordinating with the University and design team to deliver the project within budget and schedule.
