Description

Following the closure of a 30-day public notice period, the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has prepared an APDES proposed final individual permit for Hilcorp Alaska, LLC, which operates the Prudhoe Bay Waterflood Operation. The DEC invites the public to view the proposed final permit and associated documents during a 5-day review period prior to final issuance. Comments from the general public were accepted during the prior public notice period and will not be accepted during this review period.
