The U.S. Department of Commerce has initiated a less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation concerning imports of certain choline salts from the People's Republic of China. The investigation was initiated based on a petition filed by BCP Ingredients Inc., a domestic producer, alleging that these imports are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value and causing material injury to the domestic industry. The scope covers all forms and purities of choline salts capable of delivering the nutrient choline. The investigation period is from October 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, and interested parties are invited to submit comments and factual information within specified deadlines.
