Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is submitting an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance. This collection relates to the Flight Manifest/Billing Agreement, which collects information to confirm Space Available passengers on ICE-chartered flights and to facilitate billing for the full coach fare of their seats. The notice allows an additional 30 days for public comments following a previous 60-day comment period.
