The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Procurement Operations (PROPS), East Zone, CSA East 6, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to A & A Sheet Metal Products (SECURALL) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).<!--TgQPHd||[]-->

Requirement:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> Acquisition of one (1) pre-fabricated Agri-Chemical storage container to be delivered and offloaded to a pre-existing concrete pad at the Mark Twain National Forest, Salem Ranger District. The structure will be utilized for the safe storage of US Forest Service tracer paint.<!--TgQPHd||[]-->

Justification Details:<!--TgQPHd||[]--> SECURALL is the Sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this industrial unit. Sourcing from alternative providers is restricted due to technical and structural constraints:<!--TgQPHd||[]-->
