Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to DXP Enterprises, Inc. (CAGE Code: 1Q486).

This requirement is for the procurement of the DXP Model 47 Fuel Filtration Unit and associated support components (including Graco Quantim 130 Electric Diaphragm Pumps, hoses, and fitting kits). The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and freight/shipping necessary to deliver the custom-engineered fuel filtration system as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The DXP Model 47 is custom-engineered to meet the specific restricted weight, footprint, and low-magnetic signature requirements of the LCS-2 variant platform main propulsion systems.

The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 12 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation nor RFQ will be forthcoming. Responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by July 27, 2026, 0800 a.m. PST via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil which shall be considered by the agency.

Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
