Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office for Coastal Management (OCM), will hold a virtual public meeting to solicit input on the performance evaluation of the Maine Coastal Management Program. The meeting is scheduled for September 3, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time. NOAA invites the public to provide oral comments during the meeting and submit written comments by September 15, 2026. The evaluation will consider the extent to which Maine has met national objectives and adhered to the approved management program and financial assistance terms under the Coastal Zone Management Act.
