Description

The Mississippi River Commission will hold its fall 2026 public meetings at various locations along the Mississippi River. Meetings are scheduled for August 17 in Caruthersville, Missouri; August 18 in Memphis, Tennessee; August 19 in Vicksburg, Mississippi; and August 21 in Morgan City, Louisiana. All meetings will take place on the Motor Vessel Mississippi and are open to the public. The meetings will cover national and regional issues affecting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Commission programs and projects on the Mississippi River and its tributaries, including presentations from local organizations and public comments.
