Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission has instituted preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations to determine whether imports of welded stainless steel line and pressure pipe from India, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates are causing material injury or threat to the U.S. industry. The products are classified under specific subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and are alleged to be sold at less than fair value and subsidized by the governments of India and Turkey.
