Description

The United States International Trade Commission has instituted Investigation No. TA-201-80 pursuant to section 202 of the Trade Act of 1974 to determine whether lamb meat is being imported into the United States in increased quantities causing serious injury or threat to the domestic industry. The investigation covers fresh, chilled, or frozen lamb meat, excluding live lambs, sheep, and mutton. The Commission has determined the investigation to be extraordinarily complicated and will make its injury determination by November 13, 2026, and submit a report to the President by January 11, 2027.
