Description

The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified consultant to provide design, implementation, and project management services for the Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (RTSSP) along the Niguel Road corridor. The project aims to improve traffic flow by optimizing signal synchronization timing and infrastructure improvements at 17 traffic signals and 5 offset signals. The project is funded in part by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) RTSSP grant funds. Proposals must be submitted electronically and in paper format by August 19, 2026.
