The NATO Airlift Management Programme is seeking procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning services for one new Automated Dynamic Universal Bead Breaker to be used in the C-17 Aircraft Wheel and Tire Shop. The equipment is an electro-hydraulically operated automated bead breaker designed for a wide range of aircraft wheels in commercial and military aviation maintenance environments. It aims to efficiently separate tire beads from wheel rims to facilitate tire dismounting without heavy lifting, with gentle treatment to minimize damage. The delivery company must also provide operator and basic maintenance training for up to five students.
