CLIN: 0002 Description: Voltage dividers with a 0.003 ratio for 330 V Quantity: 3 Ratio of 0.003 for measurement of 330 V Nominal input resistance of 67 kOhms Connectors are SHV for input, type N female for output Nominal frequency range of 40 Hz to 6 kHz Ac-dc transfer difference of the ratio at power frequencies: less than 5 parts in 10^6 Phase error at power frequencies: less than 5 micro radians. Each unit should be delivered with the connecting cables, calibration certificate, and manual. CLIN: 0003 Description: Voltage dividers with a 0.006 ratio for 166 V Quantity: 3 Ratio of 0.006 for measurement of 166 V Nominal input resistance of 33 kOhms Connectors are SHV for input, type N female for output Nominal frequency range of 40 Hz to 6 kHz Ac-dc transfer difference of the ratio at power frequencies: less than 5 parts in 10^6 Phase error at power frequencies: less than 5 micro radians. Each unit should be delivered with the connecting cables, calibration certificate, and manual. CLIN: 0004 Description: Precision Buffer Amplifiers Quantity: 3 Each unit is delivered with a 16 V AC power supply Each unit has a connector for an +/- 12 V DC from an external battery Maximum voltage is 5 Vrms Input connector is N-female Output connector is N-male Input impedance of 20 MOhms in parallel with 20 pF Ac-dc difference of less than 1 uV/V up to 10 kHz Ac-dc difference of less than 200 uV/V at 100 kHz CLIN: 0005 Description: One computer controlled switch Quantity: 1 Double pole double throw switch Has full remote and manual control capability Has a manual OFF switch Switch status indicator on the unit, e.g., with LED indicator lighting The unit is delivered with LabVIEW drivers and a manual Input and output connectors are BNC Switching time of less than 5 ms On-resistance repeatability of less than 30 mOhms at 10 mA Connects to host computer via USB interface NIST has not yet determined its acquisition strategy for this requirement and encourages interested sources to respond to this Notice. If NIST’s market research indicates there are alternative sources that are capable and interested in competing to fill this requirement, separate and apart from Department of Industry Science and Resources (UEI: R2WHHLGCKJ74), then NIST will consider conducting a competitive acquisition in accordance with law and regulation. To be clear, NIST’s identification of Department of Industry Science and Resources in this Notice does not constitute a binding commitment or obligation for it to conduct a sole source procurement with Department of Industry Science and Resources for this requirement. Instructions for Responding to This Notice Parties that respond to this Notice are requested to voluntarily submit the requested information via email in Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, and/or Microsoft Excel format to the designated point(s) of contact whose name and email address appears at the bottom of this notice. Please provide only the information requested by this Notice, and do not include proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information in a response to this Notice. Information Requested in Response to This Notice: To help NIST with its market research, NIST is requesting that industry sources carefully review this notice and any attachments to it and voluntarily provide the following information: Company Summary Notice Identification: Notice ID and Title of this posting.
