Description

This contract was not awarded competitively and was awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. Northrop Grumman (NG) is the only vendor capable of performing sustaining engineering for the B1 AN/APQ 164 Offensive Radar. NG is the only contractor capable of meeting the requirement without a duplication of effort and cost. NG was identified as the only awardee for a sole source award.
