This opportunity seeks experienced vendors to provide Medical Director and Physician Support Staff services for the New York State Department of Health's Oxford Veterans Home, a 242-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. - Government Buyer: - New York State Department of Health, Oxford Veterans Home - Services Requested: - Medical Director Services: - Clinical leadership, medical management, policy oversight, and regulatory compliance - Onsite presence 1-2 days per week, with on-call coverage for emergencies and inspections - Physician Support Staff Services: - Up to two Physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - Onsite medical services five days a week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) - 24/7 on-call coverage for urgent/emergent needs - Routine and as-needed resident evaluations, care coordination, documentation, and participation in care planning - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Services must address the needs of Veterans, Veteran Spouses, and Gold Star Parents - Approximately 60 Veterans with 70% or greater service-connected status for billing purposes - Minimum three years of relevant experience required for vendors; specific licensure and experience required for physicians and APPs - The Department may award Medical Director services only, or both Medical Director and Physician Support Staff services, based on bids - No specific OEMs or commercial product vendors are named in the solicitation - Award will be based on the lowest total bid price

The New York State Department of Health, Oxford Veterans Home, a 242-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility including a 32-bed enhanced memory care unit, is seeking qualified vendors to provide Medical Director and Physician Support Staff services. The vendor will deliver comprehensive clinical oversight and medical services to support health, safety, and regulatory compliance. Services include scheduled onsite coverage, on-call consultation, urgent/emergent response, resident evaluations, care coordination, and participation in care planning. The contract term is five years, from October 26, 2026, to October 25, 2031.
