Description
The New York State Department of Health, Oxford Veterans Home, a 242-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility including a 32-bed enhanced memory care unit, is seeking qualified vendors to provide Medical Director and Physician Support Staff services. The vendor will deliver comprehensive clinical oversight and medical services to support health, safety, and regulatory compliance. Services include scheduled onsite coverage, on-call consultation, urgent/emergent response, resident evaluations, care coordination, and participation in care planning. The contract term is five years, from October 26, 2026, to October 25, 2031.
