The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is seeking a certified Salesforce partner to design, configure, implement, and support the State Aid Subrecipient Monitoring Application (SASMA), a secure digital platform for fiscal compliance monitoring. - Government Buyer: - New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) - Contracts and Procurement Bureau - OEM Highlight: - Salesforce is the required technology platform for the solution - Vendors must be: - New York State Certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) - Certified Salesforce Partners - Products/Services Requested: - Design, configuration, implementation, and support of the SASMA platform on Salesforce - Use of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio - Integration with NY.gov ID for secure single sign-on (SSO) - Development of secure portals, automated workflows, notifications, analytics, and risk-based monitoring - Key Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce PSS solutions - PSS and OmniStudio certified resources - Experience serving NYC/NYS public sector agencies - Preferred experience with grants management or subrecipient monitoring - Notable Details: - Contract value up to $150,000 - Four-month contract term - Deliverables include discovery, build, QA, training, and signoff phases - Version 1 and Version 2 platform releases required

Description

The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is seeking a certified MWBE or SDVOB Salesforce partner to design, configure, implement, and support the State Aid Subrecipient Monitoring Application (SASMA). This Salesforce-based digital platform will enable subrecipient organizations to submit, track, and reconcile State Aid expenses, and allow OASAS staff to review and approve submissions in an auditable workflow. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with an anticipated maximum value of $150,000. Vendors must have experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and have served NYC/NYS public sector agencies.
