This opportunity is for the annual removal and disposal of non-hazardous brine wastewater from the Shore Haven Water Treatment Facility in Holmes, NY. - Government Buyer: - Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA) - Office of the Executive Director - Scope of Work: - Removal and disposal of approximately 16,000 gallons of non-hazardous brine wastewater per month - Service includes all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, fuel, and disposal costs - Disposal is primarily at the Dalton Farms Wastewater Treatment Facility or an alternate approved facility - Vendor Requirements: - Must possess a valid NYS Part 364 Waste Transporter Permit for non-hazardous commercial/industrial waste - Compliance with New York State Department of Labor prevailing wage laws (PRC# 2026018862), including certified payroll submission - Submission of Certificate of Non-Collusion, proof of insurance, Workers Compensation forms, and naming the Authority as additional insured - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All costs must be included in the bid form; only listed costs will be honored - Contract may be extended by mutual agreement - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named in the solicitation

Description

This is an annual contract for the removal and disposal of brine from the Shore Haven Facility. The contract term is one year and requires the awarded contractor to hold a valid NYS Part 364 Waste Transporter Permit for non-hazardous commercial/industrial waste.
